Heart in Motion
Heart in Motion არის უფასო საცეკვაო პრაქტიკა, რომელიც დაგეხმარებათ მოძრაობისა და მუსიკის საშუალებით საკუთარ თავთან და თქვენს გრძნობებთან უფრო ღრმა კავშირის დამყარებაში.
ჩვენ ცეკვას, როგორც სიცოცხლით სავსე პრაქტიკას, ისე ვვარჯიშობთ. მოძრაობაში ჩვენი სხეულისა და გრძნობების ჩართვა საშუალებას გვაძლევს, ცეკვამ შფოთვა და შიში მოგაშოროთ, ბუნებრივად გავაღვიძოთ სიჩუმე, სინათლე და ცოცხალი შემოქმედების განცდა.
When we dance, we listen to our body and follow the movement as a creative flow, without learning the ligaments and forms. Freedom and trust in our body naturally frees our mind, enlivens the senses, setting energy in motion. Allowing the head to become light and the heart alive.
At Heart in Motion we continue the tradition of practicing meditation in dance and conscious movement, combining the approaches of Ecstatic Dance and freedomDANCE.
We practice dance, moving along with music of different styles and directions, accompanied by the teacher's voice and special exercises, within the process.
