Mens bevægelse åbner krop, hjerte og sind, er det gennem bevidst bearbejdning, at indsigter bliver til varige transformationer. Disse øvelser hjælper dansere med at absorbere meningen med deres oplevelse, genoprette balancen og bringe dansens gaver ind i dagligdagen.
Hvorfor integration er vigtig
Under bevidst dans oplever individer ofte stærke følelser, fysiske udløsninger, minder eller øjeblikke med dyb klarhed. Uden plads til integration kan disse oplevelser forblive fragmenterede eller overvældende. Refleksion giver krop og psyke mulighed for at falde til ro, organisere og give mening til det, der er blevet udtrykt.
