Exercise

During your dance sessions, set aside moments to consciously observe your movements. Identify any patterns and reflect on what might be causing them. Use this awareness to bring yourself back to your body, breath, and the music whenever needed. Recognize your comfort zones and explore beyond them, all while maintaining a non-judgmental and curious mindset.
