아르얀 보우

아르잔 보우는 1996년부터 [5리듬]를 수련해 왔으며, 2005년부터는 Waves 레벨을, 2010년부터는 Heartbeat 레벨을 가르쳐 왔습니다. 2016년부터는 [PH0] 레벨도 가르치고 있습니다. 그의 몸과 마음이 이러한 가르침의 증거입니다.

그의 소탈하고 인간적인 면모는 생명력이 자유롭게 흐르고 춤추는 공간으로 표출될 수 있는 안전한 공간을 만들어냅니다.

그는 네덜란드 시골에 살면서 국제적으로 강의를 하고 있습니다.
