Open Floor는 춤, 신체 인식, 감성 지능, 관계 탐구를 통합하는 역동적이고 마음챙김적인 움직임 수련입니다. 수십 년에 걸친 의식적인 춤의 전통에 뿌리를 두고 국제적인 강사 집단에 의해 개발된 Open Floor는 참가자들이 움직임을 치유, 회복력, 창의성, 그리고 연결을 위한 자원으로 활용하도록 이끌어줍니다.[1]

Open Floor은 움직임을 신체적, 심리적 도구로 활용합니다. Open Floor 수업이나 워크숍에서 참가자들은 현재 순간에 대한 자각을 바탕으로 다양한 움직임을 탐색하도록 권장됩니다. 세션은 종종 안내된 움직임 탐구와 자유로운 춤을 결합하여 몸, 마음, 정신, 영혼이 적극적으로 소통하도록 합니다.[2]
이 수련법은 신체 심리학, 마음챙김 전통, 트라우마에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 한 진행 방식, 그리고 5리듬 및 Soul Motion와 같은 의식적인 춤 기법들을 활용합니다. 신체성을 단순히 개념이 아닌 살아있는 경험으로 강조합니다.
Core Curriculum
The Open Floor curriculum is structured around four key dimensions:
- Physical Embodiment: Awareness and exploration of the body through movement
