Glavni cilj te prakse je voditi udeležence pri odkrivanju temeljnih elementov zavestnega plesa – elementov, ki naravno obstajajo v vsaki osebi. Participants will learn to tune into their physical sensations, emotions, and the rhythms that naturally arise within, fostering a deeper state of mindfulness, presence, and embodied awareness. Guided by exercises and movement explorations, dancers will gradually break free from inhibitions, experiencing a renewed sense of freedom and joy in their movements.
This approach is intentionally inclusive, welcoming anyone who seeks to reconnect with the natural joy of moving their body. Although clubbers and music lovers may particularly resonate with the approach due to their deep appreciation of music, this practice remains universally accessible, emphasizing basic, intuitive principles that transcend any particular context or setting.
