This guidebook is part of InnerMotion — a conscious dance practice created by Miloš Gačanović. It offers a structured way to explore your relationship with movement, emotion, and self-expression through the body.

InnerMotion is not about learning dance steps. It’s about remembering how to move freely and authentically — how to trust your body’s natural rhythm and intelligence, and how to reconnect with yourself through music, emotion, and sensation.

The guidebook is meant to be read in sequence, but each section also stands on its own. You’ll find techniques, reflective prompts, and embodiment tools that help you ground your awareness, unlock emotional clarity, and move with greater ease and confidence.
