Core Contributors

Miloš Gačanović - Founder, developer, and conscious dance facilitator in training. With over 32 years of dancing in clubs and 9 years immersed in conscious dance, Miloš brings a unique blend of passion, depth, and curiosity to the project. He launched Dance Resource to merge his lifelong connection to music and movement with his expertise in building large, complex software platforms. A veteran software architect with more than two decades of professional experience, he co-founded Makonda (a web/app development company) and most recently served as CTO of a US-based AI company. Miloš leads the structure and technical vision of the platform while also developing and openly sharing his own conscious dance practice - Free Motion.

Džejlana Prušević - Core team member and psychotherapist. Džejlana supports the integration of psychological insight into the content and structure of the project, ensuring the platform remains grounded and inclusive. She holds space where psychotherapy, activism, movement, and dance meet. Her practice is rooted in Buddhist philosophy, Sufism, conscious movement, and creative experimentation, while drawing from Jungian depth psychology. She holds a deep affinity for themes such as identity, gender, belonging, and justice/injustice.

Aleksei Kuzmin - Core team member and conscious dance facilitator. Aleksei is a certified freedomDANCE teacher, Ecstatic Dance DJ, and a member of the International Conscious Movement Teachers Association (ICMTA). He has been teaching dance meditation since 2014 across Russia, Belarus, and the Baltics, with a personal practice that began in 2009. In 2021, he founded the practice "Heart in Motion," a meditative approach to movement that explores embodiment, relaxation, emotional depth, and high-energy expression. Aleksei’s work supports others in becoming more real, integrated, and connected to life through movement. At Dance Resource, he contributes through mentorship, content development, and facilitation guidance.
