Alexey Kuzmin - Core team member and conscious dance facilitator. Aleksei is a certified freedomDANCE teacher, Ecstatic Dance DJ, and a member of the International Conscious Movement Teachers Association (ICMTA). He has been teaching dance meditation since 2014 across Russia, Belarus, and the Baltics, with a personal practice that began in 2009. In 2021, he founded the practice "Heart in Motion," a meditative approach to movement that explores embodiment, relaxation, emotional depth, and high-energy expression. Aleksei’s work supports others in becoming more real, integrated, and connected to life through movement. At Dance Resource, he contributes through mentorship, content development, and facilitation guidance.
